The Education system has the capacity, but many schools have not discovered how to recognize and cultivate the creative genius sitting in our classrooms today.

To properly position schools to be able to recognize and cultivate the creative genius sitting in our classrooms today, we must first change the way we think about education, and we must properly equip educators with the tools, resources, and support to transform their classrooms into safe learning spaces where students are seen, felt, heard, understood, and challenged to discover the brilliance that is inside them.
